We translate your vision into hand sketches and 3D conceptual renderings.
At this stage, you’ll see the first visual story of your future landscape — composition, mood, and material palette.
Step 5 — CAD Development & Technical Documentation
We develop full CAD-based plans with precise grading, hardscape, planting, irrigation, and lighting layouts.
You’ll receive 3D visualizations that show exactly how your garden will look and function.
Step 6 — Construction Bid & Budget Coordination
Once the design is finalized, we prepare a detailed construction BID package and connect you with trusted builders and landscape contractors.
