How We Work

From there, we develop a complete master plan, supported by detailed drawings, 3D visualizations, and construction cost estimates. 2. Permitting Phase
We handle all necessary reviews and submissions — from HOA approvals to city planning and fire compliance. When needed, we coordinate with licensed professionals to keep the process smooth and efficient.
3. Construction Phase
We collaborate with trusted licensed contractors who build under their own agreements with you. Throughout, we provide design oversight to ensure quality, integrity, and seamless execution — so your vision is realized exactly as intended.
